| This spunky Tex-Mex mainstay has come a long way since it was a humble carryout with only a few tables (and, incidentally, some of the best burritos in town). After expanding into the space next door, Holy Frijoles! acquired a larger bar area, and its hipster clientele got more space to party, down margaritas and specialty martinis, and enjoy fresh, abundant dishes that are as inexpensive as they are tasty. Don't feel guilty. Yes, that beef chimichanga is so hearty you'd pay twice the price if anyone asked. Not even the zingy burrito packed with chorizo and splashed with house salsa or the bountiful enchilada stuffed with black beans costs more than pocket change. |
