Rather than offering the classic choose-from-a-cart experience, at Hong Kong East Ocean you’re presented with a dim sum menu from which to choose your favorites: juicy mini Shanghai dumplings, bursting with fresh ginger; barbecued pork buns with fluffy dough; egg custard tarts with savory pastry; and sesame balls stuffed with red bean paste.
