Hooters Restaurant Review: Besides the short-shorted female servers in their ogle-eyed owl T-shirts, the food is mostly tasty, but run-of-the-mill, bar snacks (although the fried pickles are especially good). Chicken wings are served with a choice of hot sauces with names like 3 Mile Island and 911 (in addition to the standard mild, medium and hot). Sandwiches include a basic burger plus a Philly cheesesteak, hot dogs and a satisfying Buffalo chicken breast on a bun (called, tongue firmly in cheek, the "hot Buff chick"). There are curly french fries peeled and curled by computer (sounds ominous) and a variety of shrimps and salads. For a change of pace, try the ribs platter with Budweiser beer sauce.
