House of Bagels Restaurant Review:

There are bagels and there are bagel imposters --- House of Bagels serves up the real deal, boiling the bagels before baking them to give just the right amount of chew. About a dozen flavors are on hand, but you can’t go wrong with the Everything bagel. Among the several cream cheese schmears, we like the veggie and the lox. For a breakfast sandwich that’ll wake up your taste buds, get the Eggs & Hotties with jalapeños and sausage. Lunch sandwiches are riffs on deli sammies, but you can also opt for a slice of surprisingly good bagel pizza. Espresso drinks and fruit smoothies are available as well.
