Houston, this time in the River Oaks
shopping center on West Gray. The new

This location was a long-time home to the
famous Rainbow Lodge with its beautiful
landscaped grounds and wild appeal; it
often hosted wedding and special parties.
The land was bought by the Landry’s family.

for Catalan
One of Houston’s hottest restaurants,
Catalan Food & Wine, will soon have
company. It seems that the full vision of
the area is to become the next Midtown. The
rumor circulating is that over 20
new liquor licenses have already been
applied for by various
establishments to open on Washington
Avenue.
Simposio’s
New Spot
Simposio Ristorante has
moved from
its 5591 Richmond location to a much
grander place at 8401 Westheimer. The
lounge is larger and much more
accommodating.
East Coast Pizza in
Texas
Grimaldi’s
all the way from New Jersey is coming to
Houston. This authentic pizzeria brings
with it charm. They will arrive sometime in

The Woodlands has closed and will open
under a new name of simply Milagros. This
will not affect any of the other Taco
Milagros locations in
Houston.
Bossa
at
610 Main St has closed and reopened under
its brother’s name Timpano
Chophouse & Martini Bar. It is
still owned by E Brands so expect the same
great quality but with a new classy
feel.
