Hugo's Restaurant Review: Hugo's looks like its roots as a chic butcher shop where Hollywood-heavyweights hang out---especially over breakfast. There are a variety of dishes available in the morning, from eggs scrambled with prosciutto, bacon and scallions to the "pasta mama," a hearty, carb-intensive jumble of fresh pasta and Parmesan-laden scrambled eggs. The lunch menu features a mix of healthy dishes, including salads, and comfort foods, like the Hugo burger and potent sweet potatoes. Dinner specialties range from ginseng chicken soup to the Bolognese casserole with ground free-range turkey, topped with a quinoa patty and cheese. Tea and coffee drinks are available.
