A long-time Northern Virginia destination and a popular business lunch eatery, this classic Chinese restaurant serves a solid selection of dishes---nothing flashy, to be sure---with enough traditional flavors and unusual choices to solidify its place on the Great Hits list. Lunch sees such appetizers as tangy wontons served in a chilied peanut sauce, noodles with sesame sauce, and pan-fried meat dumplings. Main courses (in ample portions) include lamb with spring onions, scallops in oyster sauce, kung pao chicken (not too hot, despite the spicy logo) and double-cooked pork. Dessert is just the fortune cookies, but that's not an unusual ending.
