From its second-story location, this Georgetown eatery offers patrons a bird’s-eye view of the passing scene, which makes for great entertainment during meals. You’ll run into plenty of local college students, who use the place as a kind of second dining room. And why not? The menu offers plenty of typical Chinese choices, from Peking duck and General Tso’s chicken to fried rice and pork in plum sauce. We like the Hunan-style string beans, chicken with shrimp and scallops, and the tender and flavorful dumplings.
