Hungry's Cafe & Bistro Restaurant Review: Hungry's boasts a massive beer and wine list; however, this international repertoire of spirits runs a distant second to the atmosphere provided by the interior and the picturesque shady deck out front. The food is a mixed bag of international specialties, some prepared better than others. Best bets are the large and varied entrée salads, plus Southwestern plates such as the Anaheim grilled chicken breast plated with roasted chile sauce, herbed rice and sautéed vegetables. We also like the Greek favorites, including the seasoned lamb and beef gyros served in a pita sandwich or as an entrée, both with tomatoes, onions and a creamy Grecian sauce of cucumbers and sour cream. Locals flock to this spot for the weekend brunches featuring omelets, steak and eggs and migas platters.
