The understated and intimate dining room seems like a casual neighborhood spot at first---but there is unrestrained indulgence lurking right behind the kitchen door. The menu, which changes regularly, is a testament to regional ingredients prepared with a French flair. Rich flavors abound from the cream of chanterelle soup to the smoked chicken with Asiago pomme gratin. The food is so decadent here even the Kobe beef short ribs burger comes with foie gras. The wine list is varied and the desserts are a fine ending.
