IL FORNAIO PANETTERIA/BAKERY IS NO LONGER OPERATING, BUT IL FORNAIO RESTAURANT IS OPEN. Il Fornaio's ciabatta, the Italian slipper bread, is tender and tasty, as is the rich olive bread. Another fave is the rosemary bread. For breakfast, the raisin loaf makes great toast. Both the mini-rolls and the green-onion focaccia are good for sandwiches. A full line of pastries, including bear claws, flavored croissants and Danish, satisfies any sweet tooth. Other locations.
