Il Nido has been around for more than 20 years, serving authentic northern Italian cuisine in an equally authentic setting. Get comfortable in one of the well-spaced leather banquettes and start with antipasti like the prosciutto, seafood carpaccio of the day or baked clams. Move on to first courses such as superb ravioli dishes and risottos---creamy with just the right degree of crunchiness. Fish and veal dishes are also good. Excellent homemade gelati are standout desserts. The 250-item wine list has fine Italian choices.
