Incan trappings and decorative accents along the walls of the colorful dining area set the stage for an extensive menu of grilled dishes and seafood. Start off with one of several regional soups, such as the mixed seafood variety that is brimming with calamari, shrimp, crab, mussels and clams. Consider as well authentic selections that cannot be found often in the area, like the deep-fried sliced hot dogs over french fries, and the rich beef tongue vinaigrette served with potato salad. Pastas like the chicken spaghetti sautéed in soy sauce, green peppers and potatoes reflect the international culinary influences inherent in Latin American dishes.
