Inca & Gaucho Grill Restaurant Review: Inca & Gaucho Grill celebrates global cultural influences via its Latin American cuisine. Incan trappings and decorative accents along the walls of the colorful dining area set the stage for an extensive menu of grilled dishes and seafood. Start off with one of several regional soups such as the sopa criolla with beef or chicken, noodles and milk, or the parihuela, a hearty blend of fish, squid, shrimp, crab, mussel and clam. Consider as well the home-style salchipapas consisting of deep-fried sliced hot dogs on a bed of fries, or the seafood ceviche. More adventurous palates should go for the lengua a la vinagretta, beef tongue served with potato salad. The seco combinado is a beef stew flavored with cilantro and served with rice and beans; for something more conventional, there’s a one-half pollo a la brasa, a char-grilled chicken marinated in spices. Regional wines and a variety of beers pair nicely with the diverse menu.
