"Top Chef" champ Michael Voltaggio's tiny sandwich shop spinoff of ink. has changed its name to Sack Sandwiches. The menu remains relatively the same, with options like the banh mi (a refined version of a Little Saigon favorite) and cold fried chicken. Also available are potato chips, organic milkshakes, Boylan soda and Stumptown Nitro Cold Brew Coffee "on tap." The branch of ink.sack at LAX airport continues to operate under the original name.
