The Innkeeper Restaurant Review

: The owners of Belltown's popular gastropub Black Bottle are behind this spot located in the former Marco's Supperclub space. Unpretentious, hardly hip and completely inviting, The Innkeeper has a blue collar vibe and low-key ambience served up with down-to-earth hospitality. Drinking, in all its forms, including via hand-crafted cocktails, is the main event, but the menu offers an affordable selection of small plates inspired by the “sunny” cuisines of Central and South America. For example, there’s the green chili, either pork or vegan, and a slow-roasted Cuban pork sandwich, perfect with a pint of local brew. Other favorites include the spicy Caribbean goat curry and slow-roasted Brazilian chicken thighs with fried plantains. Oysters on the half shell are just $1 each at happy hour. A favorite, cozy watering hole for area denizens during dark winter months, an outdoor patio beckons in summer.
