Iron Age Restaurant Review:
Awash in blue light, with flat-screen TVs offering endless loops of Korean rock videos, Iron Age is loud and cavernous. Yet it attracts patrons of all ages. Even before ordering what is an "all-you-can-eat" meal, you'll be presented with vegetables and condiments. The potato salad is smashing. Choose from a long list of options, from beef bulgogi to pork belly. Web-footed octopus may be a bit of a challenge for the non-adventurous, but it’s very good; "hanging tender," the waiter explained, is the diaphragm of the cow, to be cooked just to medium rare. He was right. For dessert, present your paid receipt at the bar as you leave and get a soft-serve ice cream cone.
