Iron Starr Urban Barbeque Restaurant Review

: This fine dining smokehouse’s dressed-up versions of barbecue and other Southern specialties make it just as appropriate for a formal occasion as it is for home-cooked favorites. Indulge in tender smoked brisket, turkey, ribs and pulled pork plates served with rich Texas-style barbecue sauce. Side dish options include massive portions of rich corn pudding and whole fried okra. Fancy mac ‘n’ cheese is made with a savory blend of white cheeses, and the hefty salads are piled high with fresh field greens and smoked chicken or grilled salmon. If you only have time for a quick bite, stop in during happy hour for discounted beverages and one of the appetizers, including rich bacon-wrapped quail breast, pulled pork smokestack nachos, or deviled eggs with Texas caviar. Make time to enjoy all of these “down home” favorites, but be sure to leave room for the double chocolate bread pudding.
