| This fine dining smokehouse’s dressed-up versions of barbecue and other Southern specialties make it a venue just as appropriate for a formal occasion as for home-cooked favorites. Indulge in tender smoked brisket, turkey, ribs and pulled pork plates served with rich Texas-style barbecue sauce on the side and massive portions of accompaniments like the corn casserole-like cornbread and whole fried okra. Fancy mac ‘n’ cheese is made with a savory blend of white cheeses, and the hefty salads are piled high with fresh field greens and smoked chicken or grilled salmon.
