| This airy little place does vegetarian with zest. Spicy vegan nachos with red-bean chili and cajun tempeh cutlets with caramelized onions, sautéed garlic greens and roasted red pepper sauce are no mere rabbit fodder; neither are sweet-potato enchiladas with mole or pierogis stuffed with organic brown rice, onions and greens and served with warm apple butter. There are plenty of (almost) guilt-free treats for dessert as well. |
