It's Only Natural Restaurant Review: ION, as it's become known, does vegetarian with zest. Spicy vegan nachos with black bean quinoa chili and butternut burgers with tempeh bacon are no mere rabbit fodder; neither are sweet potato enchiladas with mole or pierogis stuffed with spinach and potato served with warm apple butter. There are plenty of (almost) guilt-free treats for dessert as well. And drinks are all organic: juices, smoothies, wine, cocktails and shots of horseradish- and habanero-laced raw fire cider.
