Itto Sushi has been open for more than 20 years, and its atmosphere is calm and inviting. Choose a seat in one of the cozy window booths or sidle up to a stool as the chef prepares fresh sushi in front of your eyes. Start your dining experience with a warm bowl of miso soup (prepared with a soy bean broth) or fried soft shell crab before sinking your teeth into heartier dishes, such as katsu curry (a blend of curry, rice, vegetables and breaded chicken) or sashimi, Itto’s own assortment of sliced raw fish. Sushi-goers can also find all the classics, including spider rolls, California, spicy tuna, dragon maki, tempura and more.
