Jack & Giulio's Restaurant Review: One of the few non-Mexican establishments in Old Town, this old-world spot is run by a father-and-son team, and has a loyal following. It’s a relaxing, enjoyable place where you do not feel rushed to vacate your seat. Feast on handmade pasta, tender gnocchi and briny cioppino while listening to Frank Sinatra and classic Italian love songs. Servers allow you to take your time, whether you order a multi-course meal or simply snack on antipasti with a glass of Chianti Classico. Some of the dishes are 40-year favorites. Jack & Giulio's is famous for the scampi Giulio, which has been served since 1961. On warm nights, enjoy alfresco dining on the lovely patio. |
