THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Jack's at the Sardy House Restaurant Review:

Jack’s is located on the parlor floor of the vintage Victorian Sardy House, an elegant B &B on Aspen’s Main Street. It is perhaps the tiniest gourmet restaurant in town, and a table by the fire is perfect for a romantic dinner away from the fray. The menu is ambitious, and tables are set with crystal, china and silver that gleam in the lamplight. The service and food have been spotty of late, however, due to changes in the kitchen and an inadequately trained waitstaff, who also wear many other hats in this small hotel.
