| Jade Harbor is a cozy spot in Chinatown known for its live fish and lobster tanks and authentic specialties. Try the coveted shark’s fin soup with shredded chicken or seafood at least once, pricey but prized for its faintly gelatinous, rich flavor. Onions are showcased in different types in scallion pancakes (Chinese pizza) and sautéed fresh conch with yellow chives. When they're in season, we recommend the salt and pepper soft-shell crabs. More traditional specials include cubes of steak with honeyed walnuts, and fried bean curd with three types of mushrooms. The seafood-centric family dinner for eight is a bargain.
