The Jade Palace house special really is special: crab deep-fried in scallion-garlic sauce. But it’s also dim sum that makes this eatery in Chinese Flushing a standout. Hong Kong- and Cantonese-style seafood dishes are also good, many of them inspired by the daily offerings (such as lobster and Alaskan king crab) in the big dining room tank.
