There are also combination plates, and every dish comes with eyeb (cottage cheese) to remind your tongue what "cool" means. Use the spongy injera flatbread to sop up every last drop of this tantalizing cuisine. Alas, the service is notoriously slow here, so come with patience and know the food is worth the wait. |
