Located between the stock exchange and Place des Quinquonces, Jean Ramet's marvelous bistro enjoys unflagging success. His ingredients are super-fresh and selected when they are in perfect form. His cuisine has strong flavors and a classic, unpretentious slant. There is a perfect accord between the place and its décor, which is impeccably modest but a bit stiff. We particularly enjoyed a good foie gras cassoulet, and lovely French toast.
