: Presiding over this gastronomic spot near the Trocadéro is chef Jérémie Tourdjman, who honed his chops with Christian Constant at Le Violon d'Ingres. In a posh and dimly lit dining room, he delivers refined courses, and new suggestions each day. The menu includes fresh ingredients such as bündnerfleisch and Beaufort cheese pâté with romanesco cabbage and mimosa vinaigrette; ultra-tender calf sweetbread with glazed vegetables; and crispy vanilla millefeuille with butterscotch sauce. Lunch menu at €30. À la carte around €60.
