THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Jerry's Famous Deli Restaurant Review:
Ike Starkman founded the original Jerry’s Famous Deli in Studio City in 1978 and quickly built a reputation for offering anything you’d want to eat or drink at any time of the day or night. Craving matzo ball soup, lox and cream cheese on a bagel, or a hot brisket platter at 3 a.m.? Head to Jerry's. The enormous menu lists more than 600 items. Waitstaff is friendly and efficient, and the hefty (and often heftily priced) sandwiches --- think sky-high corned beef with Swiss, coleslaw and Russian dressing --- keep folks coming back. For dessert, there’s an assortment of cakes, pies, cheesecakes and pastries. Other locations.
