Jim's Steaks Restaurant Review: Jim’s says that it invented the cheesesteak in the heart of West Philadelphia---although the guys in South Philly might disagree. Jim’s serves up very good steak sandwiches with fried onions and Cheese Whiz---or American or provolone. The line usually extends around the block, and you may make a few friends while waiting, especially among the servers. |
