THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Joe Muer's Grill Restaurant Review:

The Muer name means seafood, and it also means a traditional, somewhat masculine approach, and this wood accented place with its Art Deco feeling very much continues in that vein. Two long-time associates of the now-retired Joe Muer took over what had been a satellite of the downtown seafood emporium and continue to serve solid fish and seafood dishes adding some flair of their own while respecting the heritage of simple, basic preparations of the venerable finnan haddie, sautéed perch, pickerel and whitefish. While there are more elaborate seafood dishes on the menu, as well as a couple of pastas, lake perch remains the most popular item. And though the place looks and feels completely adult, it surprisingly offers a very good children’s menu.
