THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS Joe Squared Pizza & Bar Restaurant Review:

Owner Joe Edwardsen likes his pizza with corners, which inspired his quirky restaurant’s name. The pizza is the only thing that’s square here, though. Eccentricity shows both in the building’s colorful look --- it’s located in the Station North artists’ district, not far from the Maryland Institute College of Art --- and in such weird-but-tasty creations as Buffalo wings with spicy chocolate-walnut sauce. The thin-crusted pies come in both standard and creative varieties, and Joe’s kitchen also turns out salads, pastas, panini and an array of classy, and surprisingly affordable, risottos. Your fellow diners will most likely include hipsters, families and regular Joes from the neighborhood. The nightly music ranges from bluegrass to jazz to funk.
