Joey B’s Food & Drink Restaurant Review: The square pizzas come topped with the local favorite cheese, Provel, as does a steak, chicken breast, baked ravioli and many salads and sandwiches. There’s even hand-breaded, deep-fried Provel as an appetizer. But don’t fill up on those melty morsels, because the standard burger is ten ounces, the small pizza is ten inches and the pork steak weighs a pound, not counting the fries and coleslaw on the side. Such generosity is a big draw --- the restaurant fills up for every meal, but tables turn briskly, so don’t let the line turn you away. The Blue Owl’s chocolate passion cake, four layers interspersed with mousse, is a surprisingly fancy dessert offering for a restaurant with this many flat-screen TVs and beers on tap.
