THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Johnny Mott's Restaurant Review: This was always the favorite hangout for seniors in the northern suburbs, but the word is that a more youthful group is coming back. The décor is unremarkable, but the food is consistently good. The motherly waitresses keep busy bringing assortments of pickles, crudités and rolls with your cocktails. Soup and salad come with the entrées, which could be pastas, steaks or, more probably, seafood. Theres a large selection of fish, and specials include orange roughy with a potato crust, and trout stuffed with lump crabmeat. Desserts vary daily, but always feature a nice assortment of fresh fruit.
