THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Kakemoto Restaurant Review:
Do we need another Japanese/Sushi restaurant? Sure, why not---in this case. In a cozy setting, right next to the bustling Crustacean, with 30 seats and a bar, Kakemoto delivers fresh sushi and a few specials. Let the chef knock out a surprise dish, or go with one of the three omakase menus. Executive chef Masakazu Nonomura, straight from Japan, will prepare a king crab miso soup with the freshest legs. In the mood for a filet mignon tatake, some monkfish liver sushi or a seafood risotto? You wont be disappointed. For libations there is beer, premium sakés, selected green teas and a short but interesting wine list to chose from.
