| This is the second edition of the ever-popular Kate Mantilini, the first being a Beverly Hills hangout for industry execs or anybody craving a decent New England clam chowder, meatloaf or mac-and-cheese after midnight. A big 300-seat venue---a former Houston's location---this branch may not draw a hip industry clientele, but offers a more sedate and inviting setting for lunching businessmen and Valley locals for dinner. You'll find essentially the same big menu of American favorites as in Beverly Hills, with items ranging from signature white chili to filet mignon.
