Don’t look for the name on the door. All that denotes this as a restaurant is a carved wooden fish. Open since 1990, this stark, windowless spot is where owner-chef Katsu Michite prepares some tempura and teriyaki dishes but mostly sashimi and sushi. Ask for omakase, the chef’s choice.
