Katsuya Restaurant Review:
About the restaurant: Katsuya, from sbe's Disruptive Restaurant Group (DRG) and chef Katsuya Uechi, is located in the culinary destination Citizens New York. The 7,000-square-foot space was designed by architect and designer David Rockwell and his firm Rockwell Group. Guests will find a robata and sushi bar within the large dining room, an adjoining rooftop terrace, and two private dining spaces.
Food & Drinks: Expect signatures such as Crispy Rice, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno, and Albacore Sashimi with Crispy Onion, as well as a selection of dishes specific to New York, including like Spiced Beef Toban, A5 Wagyu Sukiyaki, Manhattan Maki and Hiramasa Wara Yaki.
