Kauai Pasta Restaurant Review: A former chef from Roy’s has free rein in his own kitchen, turning out a variety of pasta entrées (including gluten-free) along with pizzettas (try the fig and prosciutto), salads, fresh fish specials and favorites like eggplant Parmesan and veal Marsala. The fresh bread is tender and flavorful and just the ticket for soaking up the tasty sauces that top most meals. Try the warm apple crisp with Lappert's ice cream for dessert. This locale has a lounge for drinks and hearty pupu, such as butternut squash ravioli and crispy calamari. The dining room is quieter and a bit more spacious than the Lihue outlet.
