| The steaks are the draw here, aged a minimum of 28 days, seasoned with secret recipe spices and seared at extraordinarily high heat. But unlike more expensive steakhouses, this Canadian-based chain includes the sides: Caesar salad, mushrooms, vegetables and an enormous baked potato. Combinations are another bonus, with paired plates of steak or prime rib and tiger shrimp, King crab or lobster. As big as the portions are, do start out with an appetizer. A few are pleasingly sophisticated, like the tempura snap peas and asparagus, escargots or baked goat cheese. |
