It's upscale comfort food at this Modern American Grill from the people behind Dolce, Bella and Geisha House. The menu is an homage to childhood favorites---the only question is whether Tang, Shake 'N' Bake and other conceits here were part of yours. You'll find both sliders and mini-hot dogs made from Kobe beef, the latter slathered with first-rate chili, the former topped with bacon and cheese, among the starters. Fries are mandatory, whether the sweet potato variety or regular potato ones dusted with cayenne ("fire") or with garlic and Parmesan ("ketchup"). They can be ordered individually or as a "3some," and you get all five flavors of ketchup (from maple to ranch) either way. Cocktails come courtesy of a roving bartender, and ingredients lean to the kitschy side, with Yoo Hoo and Tang among the key flavors.
