Kim's Restaurant Restaurant Review: Comfortable, modestly priced and satisfying, Kim's is well worth a drive to Encinitas. Specialties include steamed meatloaf with black pepper and peanuts, and crispy Cornish hen roasted with pineapple. The restaurant's versions of traditional lemon grass-flavored seafood and grilled meatballs wrapped in grape leaves are pleasing, too. For dessert, there’s the classic Vietnamese beans in coconut milk. |
