Kingfisher Restaurant Review: Chefs and owners Jim Murphy and Jeff Azersky, the longtime duo behind this Tucson favorite, know their way around seafood. From the fresh oysters that grace the menu to the macadamia-encrusted Hawaiian fish of the day, you’re sure to walk away satisfied. It's difficult to forgo the littleneck steamers bobbing in a savory broth, but the linguine shrimp scampi is another favorite; we also recommend the fish ‘n’ chips. Meat lovers can also find something to their liking. The Kingfisher burger offers plenty of toppings, including bacon, Gorgonzola, cheddar, roasted peppers and caramelized onions. And no meal at Kingfisher would be complete without one of the desserts. Even restaurant professionals stop here after work to indulge in the sweets.
