Knife & Fork Restaurant Review:

Founded as a private club in 1912, this Atlantic City institution has been updated and polished to a fine sheen. Look for upscale steakhouse fare complemented by seafood dishes and an extensive wine cellar with more than 1,000 selections. The beef is U.S. Prime and it’s nicely seasoned with sea salt and coarsely ground black pepper before it is cooked on Knife & Fork’s wood-fired grill. While tradition rules, there are some lovely surprises, French fried beet chips for one, and the Asian-inspired seared four-spice tuna for another. It's served with sesame bok choy, scallions, slivers of red pepper, shiitake mushroom, and coconut rice that’s spiked with a fiery wasabi drizzle. End the meal with pots de crème, the classic milk chocolate custard topped with caramel foam. Service is practiced and the friendliness factor very high.
