Waitstaff is very accommodating and will stir-fry what you order. To start the ongoing feast, try some of the dumplings or rice cakes, or scorch your palate with a bowl of the red peppers soup. For the main course, if Korean barbecue is unfamiliar, you may want to stick with the bulgogi (sliced marinated beef), but the spicy pork belly is tempting as well. There’s lots of good booze on hand, like frozen saké. The place stays open until 2 a.m.
