| Koji’s, on the fourth level of the Hollywood & Highland center, is known for its shabu-shabu, where ingredients like chicken, shrimp and Kobe-style rib-eye and Prime Black Angus are prepared to your liking in a large hot pot at a wraparound counter. But the menu is far more extensive than shabu-shabu, as guests huddle in booths over sushi, yakitori, tempura and noodle dishes --- a rather comprehensive array of Japanese specialties. |
