Koko's Kitchen Restaurant Review: When you think of fast food, Japanese cuisine probably isn't the first thing that comes to mind. But this little sushi joint makes it a popular option for Salt Lake diners on the go. Fast(er) food doesn't means skimping on flavor, however. At this takeout spot, the miso soup is made from scratch and the teriyaki is the result of a traditional recipe, which means that far less sugar is used than in the American rendition. In addition to a wide range of sushi, the menu also features vegetarian, vegan and meat udon dishes, pot stickers, soups and a handy bento lunch box for the working crowd. |
