 Kozo Sushi Restaurant Review: Imported from Japan, this sushi-factory chain started small in Hawaii in 1980, and has since grown to several locations. Sushi choices range from the traditional to the way-out-there, like the ono fiesta maki made with shrimp, salmon, avocado and barbecue potato chips.
