Kozo Sushi Restaurant Review: Imported from Japan, this sushi-factory chain started small in Hawaii in 1980, and has since grown to several locations, although this outpost is independently owned. The menu here is slightly different. You can try the special Sticky Spicy Ahi Don, which is a spicy ahi rice bowl topped with natto. Sushi choices range from the traditional to the way-out-there, like the Ono Fiesta maki made with shrimp, salmon, avocado and barbecue potato chips. People pop in to grab lunch boxes, or big party platters for that extended-family gathering. This location closes at 9 p.m. daily.
