It's always a treat to get a table upstairs and order the Korean barbecue, prepared by the waiters at a grill set into the table. Little bowls of kimchi are presented gratis before the meal. We recommend the bulgogi (short ribs) and other Korean dishes like yam noodles with vegetables, and mandoo gook, a traditional soup consisting of handmade beef dumplings. The enormous menu also offers teriyaki dishes of all stripes and sushi rolls, too. Wash it all down with sweet plum wine or soju. Also located at 138-28 Northern Blvd., Flushing, 718-461-0909.
