 Kungsholmen is located along the Mälaren river bank and offers guests a diverse dining experience from chefs Melker Andersson and Danyel Couet. The "modern food court" concept features seven open kitchens each serving their own themed cuisine: Sushi Bar, Swedish Bar (traditional dishes like beef Rydberg with mustard crème), Fast Food Bar (shellfish pizza, Lebanese lamb wrap), Spice Grill Bar (flank steak chimichurri, Vietnamese beef salad), Slow Food Bar (spice smoked char with pickled beets), Luxury Bar (tenderloin Rossini with foie gras butter), and Fruit Bar (rhubarb compote with yogurt ice cream).
