But if you look past the pies---perhaps with the exception of the quattro stagioni covered in wild mushrooms, artichokes, prosciutto di Parma and basil---the wood-burning oven turns out other striking treats, too, like seared tuna sautéed with rosemary-infused white beans. Their simplicity proves that pure flavors don't have to shout to be heard; if only diners in the cacophonous space shared the same philosophy. |
