: This shipshape restaurant in the enchanting Petite France quarter treats its fish and shellfish menu in a highly inventive manner. Creative Chef Babette Lefebvre's light, precise hand with exotic herbs and spices makes for some exciting taste combinations. Satiated applause for the sea-bream with algae and tapenade, the pesto catfish, and the sweet and sour turbot with pineapple. Very tempting dessert menu. Highly diversified cellar.
